We believe every small business deserves the same social media superpowers as the big brands. SocialHive exists to level the playing field — giving SMBs a CRM-powered social platform that's actually built for how they work.
How it started
SocialHive started in 2023 when our founders — both former SMB owners — got tired of juggling five different tools just to post on Instagram and remember which customer had asked about their holiday sale.
We built the first version in a garage in Austin, TX. Within six months, 200 small businesses were using it. Today, over 5,000 SMBs across the US trust SocialHive to manage their social presence and customer relationships.
We're still a small team, still in Austin, and still obsessed with making social media feel less like a chore and more like a superpower.
